Equality and diversity is a topic that’s relevant for all workplaces, regardless of whether you employ two people or two hundred people, and irrespective of whether you work in an office, a warehouse or on a shop floor.
It sounds obvious to state that we all deserve to work in an environment that’s free from discrimination, harassment, victimisation and bullying but, unfortunately, this isn’t always the reality.
This course will examine what equality, diversity and inclusion actually mean, different forms of harassment and discrimination that can occur in the workplace, and the steps you need to take to prevent it from happening.
1 - What is equality, diversity and inclusion?
2 - Harassment
3 - Discrimination in the workplace
4 - Diversity and inclusion
This course would be of interest particular to owners, managers and HR managers who wish to gain a better understanding of the law and ethics of diversity, inclusion and equality.
