Course Description

In 2024, Ireland introduced several significant updates to employment law aimed at enhancing workers’ rights and creating fair treatment within the workplace. Key changes such as the minimum wage increase, sick leave entitlement increase, new protective leave entitlements and the introduction of the right to request remote and flexible working arrangements are all worth noting for employers and payroll specialists. This course will equip you with what you need to know to add to your employer handbook and the understanding of recent updates to employment law to prepare for success moving into 2025.
