A few words from our tutor on what you can expect from this course

Course Description

Understand legal requirements and mapping guidelines

After legislation passed in 2013, most conveyances now require a land Registry compliant map. These maps show the general boundaries of a particular property, and they must be completed and submitted with certain property registrations. Tailte Eireann outline the requirements for such maps and engineers, surveyors and architects can all benefit from understanding these specifications to successfully create fully compliant maps.

All attendees will receive a full course pack to refer to and will have the benefit of learning from a trainer with a wealth of experience in this area.
