IIndustrial, Commercial and waste activities operating above defined thresholds must hold an appropriate licence issued by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). This programme provides a practical up-to-date overview of EPA licensing, looking at the complexities of applications and the management process in the content of evolving legalisation and regulatory expectations. It covers the full lifecycle of an EPA Licence, including application, compliance assessment, reporting, amendments and surrender of a licence. Also we look at key legislative requirements, emissions and waste controls, audit and reporting obligations, use of the EDEN online portal, engagement with the EPA, and the consequences of non-compliance.
