A few words from our tutor on what you can expect from this course

Course Description

• Improve Compliance • Minimise Risk •Protect Your Licence • Avoiding Enforcement Actions

EPA Compliance doesn’t end once your licence has been granted. Environmental audits and inspections are becoming increasingly detailed, data-driven and risk-focused, with organisations expected to demonstrate robust environmental governance, accurate records and continuous compliance at all times. This practical one-day course is designed as the natural progression after attending our EPA Licencing training course. than focusing on obtaining the licence, we will concentrate on what happens afterwards – how to prepare for EPA inspections and audits, avoid common compliance failures, respond effectively to findings and develop systems that stand up to regulatory scrutiny. Throughout the day, attendees will gain practical guidance on preparing documentation, managing inspections conducting internal audits, responding to non-conformances and embedding continuous improvement across their organisation. The programme reflects current EPA enforcement priorities, evolving environmental reporting obligations and increasing expectations around environmental management systems and governance in 2026.
