This one-day training course provides attendees with an overview into several different building defects, how they occur, what can be done to prevent them from occurring in the first place, and approaches to inspection and remediation.  It will also cover the good practice survey methods for inspections to identify building defects, and how to overcome common challenges.

Attendees will gain an opportunity to ask questions specific to their projects, will leave with a greater understanding of the unique aspects of various defects, the variables involved in the building process and their impact on building performance.
