The importance placed on the role of the Assigned Certifier as part of the Building Control Amendment Regulations is extremely challenging and can be fraught with a number of practical and legal issues.
This course will examine the professional complexities, challenges, obligations, and legalities of the Assigned & Design Certifiers role, it will highlight the likely areas of contention & steps to avoid potential litigation nightmares in the future. It is a must attend course for anyone working as, or with assigned and design certifiers.
This course assumes technical knowledge and is not an in depth look at the TGD’s parts A-M
All attendees will receive a full course pack to refer back to and will have the benefit of learning from two trainers with a wealth of experience in this area.
