The Employer Representative role is central to successful contract delivery, balancing contract compliance, commercial awareness and fair decision-making. This one-day course tackles the most common challenges, including claims assessment, time bars, programme scrutiny, payments, change control and dispute avoidance. The course will provide practical guidance, templates and techniques to help you manage risk, handle contractor issues confidently and add real value to your projects.
