Robin Byrne has worked with NSAI since March 2004 as part of a specialist team certifying new and innovative building products, and also managing various insulation installer schemes. He has been involved in the certification of products and manufacturers under the Construction Products Regulation since 2013. Robin has also worked as a management systems consultant, as well as quality and environmental management roles in industry. During his presentation, Robin will give an overview of the Construction Products Regulation and how it impacts on industry, from manufacturers and importers to end users. He will also explain the options available if there is no applicable standard covering a particular product.
