Paul is an experienced Chartered Civil / Environmental Engineer, specialising in flood risk assessment, hydraulic modelling, surface water drainage and SuDS and a recognised industry professional providing training in these fields in Ireland and the UK. Paul has been responsible for the management and technical aspects of a range of flood risk projects in Ireland; including detailed flood studies, river modelling, urban drainage modelling, and has expertise in hydrological and hydraulic river model packages as well as surface water drainage design and SuDS design / modelling.
