Laura is a senior associate and has experience in a broad range of practice areas including PPP projects, construction, public procurement law and procurement litigation. She advises public and private sector clients on all aspects of public procurement law from drafting tender and contract documents, advising on the appropriate tender procedure, selection and award criteria, evaluation procedures, debriefing obligations and risk mitigation measures when dealing with pre-litigation correspondence and legal challenges. Laura also advises on all aspects of construction law to include, amongst other things, the standard forms of construction contracts, drafting and negotiating bespoke construction contracts, design team appointments and collateral warranties.
