David Clancy is Managing Director and founder of Clancy & Associates which was established in 1998. With a wealth of experience within the tax industry, David has become a leading industry expert in a number of areas including, Income Tax, Capital Gains Tax, Capital Acquisitions Tax, Trusts & Estate Planning, and Personal Financial Planning. David is a member of the Irish Tax Institute, and in 2018 was awarded a Fellowship from the Irish Tax Institute in recognition of his contribution to the Institute and the tax industry. David has also been a member of the ITI Education Committee for over 20 years. Education and professional development are at the heart of Clancy and Associates, having lectured extensively for the Irish tax Institute, the Institute of Bankers and other professional bodies for many years. David is also a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
