Damien is a construction lawyer, Senior Counsel, arbitrator, conciliator, mediator and adjudicator. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and lectures in arbitration law, conciliation, mediation, and adjudication in Trinity College, Dublin and the Law Society of Ireland. He is on the Ministers Panel of Adjudicators and is co-Author of the leading legal text “Adjudication Practice and Procedure in Ireland”. He has been appointed in numerous DIAC, DIFC-LCIA & ICC arbitrations in Ireland, Europe, the Middle-East and Asia. Damien is on the panel of Arbitrators of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), the Abu Dhabi Global Markets (ADGM), the Saudi Centre for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA), the Oman Commercial Arbitration Centre (OAC) and Xi’an Arbitration Commission, China (XAAC).
