Sharon is the director at Peacewell, with 20 years of independent HR consulting experience for charities, SMEs, combined with a corporate career at Hilton Hotels, Sony Music and Diageo. She has vast experience in dispute resolution, and regularly mediates disputes between board members, trustees, colleagues and members of different kinds of communities. She facilitates workshops and hosts conversations between people who are struggling to communicate, to understand each other, or to get things done. Sharon volunteers as a Community Mediator and Trustee of Wandsworth Mediation Service and as a member of the Council of the Corrymeela Community. She has an MA in Conflict Resolution in Divided Societies from King's College London and is a Fellow of the CIPD.
