Dr. Aine O'Dea is one of Ireland's most distinguished Occupational Therapists and a leading voice in neurodiversity education. The first OT in Ireland to be awarded a prestigious SPHeRE programme scholarship, she holds a PhD in Population Health and Health Research and has authored numerous peer-reviewed papers on autism, Dyspraxia/DCD, and self-regulation. With a rare blend of academic insight and practical expertise, Aine brings a dynamic perspective to workplace inclusion. She is an EMCC-accredited Neuroleadership Coach and one of only two certified OPC trainers in the UK and Ireland. Her work empowers organisations to better understand and support neurodivergent individuals through inclusive hiring, emotionally intelligent leadership, and strengths-based coaching.
