Course Description

This one-day course will firstly show you how to create your own performance management system, as well as the seven steps to any effective KPI system. We will show how to set strategic goals, formulate a business strategy, how to choose the right KPIs for the right mission, and how to manage the system.

The afternoon session will change gear slightly and show you how to track KPI’s and present them using different KPI visuals in Power BI. Attendees will understand how the use of visualisations can engage teams in achieving both individual goals as well as how they are contributing to the overall company objectives.

This one-day course is designed for all sectors of business and industry, government, and non-profit, to name a few, and provides participants with practical tools to developing meaningful strategic and operational performance measures.
