This one-day training course provides attendees with an insight into a number of different building defects, how they occur, what can be done to prevent them from occurring in the first place, and different remediation techniques.
Attendees will gain an opportunity to ask questions specific to them and their projects, will leave with a greater understanding of the unique aspects of different defects, the variables involved in the building process & their impact on building performance. It will also demonstrate the best practice methods surveyors use during their inspections in order to identify building defects.
