Course Description

Impacts To Expect - Navigate Applications, Assessments & Environmental Risk

This online course covers the Planning and Development Act 2024, with a focus on environmental considerations for planning applications in Ireland. Delegates will gain a clear understanding of the updated legal and regulatory framework, including Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Appropriate Assessment (AA), strategic development changes, and the implications of a recent Irish Climate law judgment.

This course acts as a necessary tool for you to leave with a greater understanding of the legal and regulatory framework necessary for your projects, where to find them and how to interpret them.
