In an era where systemic failure to manage such issues could result in a significant fine or litigation, it is vital to understand this issue and manage this process correctly.

This intensive one-day course will offer expert insight and information on important issues when it comes to GDPR, Subject access requests, FOI and the right of access. We will show the similarities between data protection and FOI, exemptions under both, and where they both overlap.
