Your team has tried AI. Now put it to work. 92% of Irish organisations are using or planning to use AI, but only 10% call themselves advanced. What closes the gap is method: knowing which job to give AI, how to check its work, and which rules apply.
This one-day workshop is built around the work you already do. Pick one workflow in the morning. Build a prompt for it after lunch. Leave with a 30-day pilot your firm can actually run.
You work in role-based tracks (Delivery, Commercial and Leadership) on a fictional project pack we supply: site minutes, programmes, tender returns, registers and commissioning trackers, each with planted problems for AI to find. No real project data needed.
No lecture. No vendor pitch. Every session ends with something you can use on Monday.

AI is used to support tasks such as document handling, reporting, data analysis and administrative efficiency in construction environments.
Construction projects involve contractual risk, regulatory requirements and reliance on accurate information, making AI use sensitive.
Risks include inaccurate outputs, data protection concerns and inappropriate reliance on automated tools.
AI tools do not replace professional judgement and require human review to manage risk effectively.
This course examines the use of AI tools within a construction and project delivery context.
