A few words from our tutor on what you can expect from this course

Course Description

Ireland's gender pay gap legislation has been enacted and the legislation requires employers to disclose the pay gap between male and female employees. It already impacts public and private sector employers with more than 250 employees. In 2024 it is extended to organisations with 150 or more employees and in 2025 it will apply to organisations with 50 or more employees.

This course will give a detailed guide on Gender Pay Gap Reporting regulations and a strategic view of the many complex tasks you need to complete to comply with the new rules.
