This training course will provide delegates with a comprehensive understanding of the legal jargon contained in the various types of contracts used in the construction industry and more importantly, what they mean for the day-to-day administration of contracts on site. It will focus on industry specific issues and the principles that underpin contracts in the construction sector. It will also give delegates a relevant introduction to contract law and some guides to clear drafting.
