Payment for attendance is due within seven days from the date of invoice. This booking is transferable up until 14 days prior to the course/event and a substitute attendee may attend on your behalf at no additional cost if you cannot attend. Due to high demand on all of our courses movement to a future date will not always be possible, in particular on our Microsoft courses which have limited capacity. It is therefore the responsibility of delegate to ensure attendance at the time of booking.  Cancellation of a booking must be received by CMG in writing by email or by post, no later than 14 days prior to the course or event date. Regrettably no cancellations or refunds can be made after this date.

Cancellations will be charged an administration fee of 25%. Bookings made within the 14 days prior to the course or event date have to be paid at the time of booking and regrettably no cancellations can be taken within this period as the two-week cancellation policy does not apply. Delegates will be sent registration links via email in advance of course/event. In exceptional circumstances, if a registration link has not been received, the onus is on the delegate to resolve this with CMG in advance of the course/event. CMG reserve the right to make any necessary changes to the advertised programme including a change of venue, tutors, speakers, virtual platform. The views expressed by the speakers/tutors are not necessarily those held by the organisers, nor is the organiser responsible for speakers/tutors’ opinions or statements. Please note CMG will distribute the delegate list to the course tutor prior to the course/event to ensure their presentation is relevant to those attending. However, in keeping with current data protection and privacy legislation, the distributed delegate list will not contain telephone or email contact details. Please advise CMG if you would like to have your name removed from this list. In the unlikely event of CMG cancelling or postponing a training course you will be issued with a credit note. Please note that delegates have a responsibly to ensure usage of credit notes. Credit notes can be used for CMG Training Only and will expire 6 months from date of issue.

Please ensure you are working off your devices most up to date operating system, at least Windows 10 on PC, and the latest MacOS for Apple devices. CMG cannot accept responsibility for the quality or speed of your internet connection. We will send you helpful tips before the course/event and give as much assistance as possible in advance of the course.
